As part of our commitment to meaningful corporate social responsibility, Hamgel Prime initiated and developed the full architectural and project management framework for the Greatness Community Hub and Library Project for the Bongo-Soe community in Ghana’s Upper East Region.

Our team led the Project Management Consultation across the entire project cycle — from needs assessment and design development to planning, stakeholder coordination, and implementation oversight. We produced comprehensive conceptual and technical drawings, proposed sustainable construction solutions suited to the local environment, and ensured that community input was integrated into every stage of the process.

The project was officially launched in November 2022, marking a significant milestone in our mission to support underserved communities with access to education, creativity, and personal development resources. The facility is envisioned to serve as a safe learning hub for children and youth, a skills-development space for adults, and a vibrant center for local engagement.

Through this initiative, Hamgel Prime continues to champion projects that uplift communities, strengthen literacy, promote lifelong learning, and empower young people with opportunities that can transform their future.
